With reference to Sir F. H. May's

Despatch No. 232 of the 20th. July, 1910, transmitting the

draft of a bill entitled an Ordinance to consolidate and

amend the Ordinances relating to Companies, I have the

honour to forward a copy of a judgmont delivered by the

Chief Justice on the 31st. ultimo in re the Dallas Horse

Repository Company, Limited, together with a minute by the

Attorney-General dated the 8th. instant, a semi-official

letter from Sir H. W. de Sausmarez of the same date, a
